• Immunohistochemical analysis confirmed high concordance in Ki67, CEA, CK7, and Cadherin17 expression between organoids and primary tumors.
• Tumor differentiation grade, neoadjuvant chemotherapy response, ex vivo time, and tumor mass significantly influenced organoid establishment success.
