Eight-week aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise combined with full-body vibration training improve the microcirculation function of obese college students
• Both 8-week aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise combined with full-body vibration training significantly improve microcirculation function in obese college students.
• The combined intervention (aerobic exercise plus full-body vibration) yields superior improvements in microvascular reactivity, oxygenation, and endothelial function compared to aerobic exercise alone.
• Exercise-induced improvements in microcirculation are associated with increased serum nitric oxide and nitric oxide/endothelin-1 ratio, and decreased endothelin-1 levels.
• The findings suggest that combined aerobic and vibration training may be an effective non-pharmacological strategy to mitigate obesity-related microvascular dysfunction.
